Not at all! This session is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. I will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel supported and comfortable throughout the process.

You may experience a deep sense of relaxation, emotional release, or clarity. Some people feel lighter, energized, or even euphoric. Others experience profound insights or emotional healing. 3. What do I need to prepare for the session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Get comfortable, blanket, and pillow nearby for support. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing and bringing water and a journal to write down insights afterward is also recommended.
